Last month I failed to use my metal detector & while resawing some walnut I hit a foot peg, like the ones linemen screw into power poles, that the tree had completely grew around & ruined my band saw blade.

The neighbors like it a lot more than the 14" abrasive cutoff saw I was using before. The stand is a little flimsy, but I ditched the wheels, screwed it to a sheet of plywood and screwed that onto one of the bigger harbor freight furniture dollies and it's been really nice to have on wheels like that.
